In the Login page,
Click 'User name' and enter your user name.
Click 'Password' and enter your password.
Click 'Log In' button.
If you forgot your password,
you must click "forgot password" button >> enter your E-mail address then check your inbox for a password reset e-mail.
The 'Home page' tab will be opened automatically when you launch our web app. Home page gives you quick access to some modules.
Home page:
• In the Home Page, you will have the timetable to follow the upcoming and past courses. Click on any course for more.
• In the Home Page, click “Reg. Book” button to add information about course.
• In the Home Page, scroll down and you will find information about students: Birth days, absence list.
In the Home Page menu, click on any course to open this tab. This 'Course' tab helps you to take attendance, to add comments, assign homeworks and much more
Course:
• Select the module you want to edit on.
• Select the course list
• Select the semester and you are ready to make edits.
In Personal Information module you can add information about you profile. You cand add email address, home address, phone number, personal id number, information about your educations, etc. also you can edit this information anytime.
In the menu tab click "Personal Info" button then choose "Personal Info".
In the overview section you can edit personal information: e-mail address, phone number, online lessons link etc.
In the inventory section you have information about all the stuff that are registred to you.
As teacher with Add activity module you can select the student and add competition or add projects that you want to participate.
Add activity:
• Select semester
• Select activity type, enter project name, select students for activity, optional you can add youtube link and select deadline date.
• Click the save button to add activity.
Textbook module help you to add information about books that you want to use in your courses, after that the board accept your request and the book information become available for students and parents.
• Enter the Department, Subject, Type, Book Title, Author, Publisher, ISBN, Price.
• Click save button to add textbook information.
With Cover module, if you need to supplanted, you can select the date and reason to be replaced and a available teacher will cover and replace your lessons time.
Cover Module:
• Enter your cover starting date and ending date
• The reason for the absence
• Click save button.
* Also you can delete the cover appointment
Schedule module help you to organize your agenda, to view available days and hours, scheduled meetings or schedule meetings.
New schedule:
• Select the Date & Time then double click
• Enter the Subject, Start-End Dates, Desciption then select Priority
• Click 'Done'.

-->> Your appointments are marked in blue.
As a form teacher you cand view student list of your class using Student list module. By click on the student name you can have personal information about student, timetable, attendance, grading, comments, homework, classroom, behavior.
Student List:

-->> Click on the student name and view: overview, timetable, attendance, grading, comments, homework, classroom, behaviour
As a form teacher you can see all type of comments of your form class student by using Comment list module.
Comment List:
• Select comment categories
• Select date
• Click search button to view comments
In Absence module as a form teacher you can change attendance of your class students.
Absence:
• Select semester
• Select student
• Click on the date to change student status: present, absent, excused
As a form teacher by using Daily summary module, you add information about students morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, sleep. This information is send to parent with daily reports.
Daily summary:
• Chose student
• Adjust: Morning snack, Lunch, Afternoon snack, Sleep
• Click on save button to register Daily Summary

In the menu tab you must click "Record Book" button then choose "Form Class" then "LAT results".
LAT results:
As a form teacher in Daily summary report module you can view a graphic with daily summary of each student in your class.

In the My comments module you view and edit your comments that you add to students.

Term Comments, teacher can add comment for the semester report for each courses.

Classroom module help you to add your courses documentation and synchronize them with Myeducare courses and classes.
Classroom:
• Sign in with G Suite e-mail of your school
• Select a course
• Click synchronize all
Emailing module is use to send information to parents or students. You cand send a variety of information that you need.
Emailing:
• Select class or student
• Select recipient: students, parents, or both
Club attendance, help you to see the students attendance at your club, also you can add comments to each student.
Club Attendance:
• Select smester
• Choose club
• Add attendance and comments
Student List:

In Extra Lessons module you can see the day when you can make extra lesson with students, you can select student and classes that you want to make extra lessons. Then saved lessons time are e-mailed to parents to inform them.
Extra Lessons:
• Select extra lessons
• Select date
• Select student or class and save
If you want to organize trips with school, trip module help you to organize trips. In this module you can select students or classes that you want to participate at trips, can enter trip information and other assessments.
Trip:
• Select Students
• Click "New trip" button
• Fill with requested information
Parent meetings module, secretary enter the date when parent meetings are open, as a teacher you participate at meetings in the time period, date and hours that are which are set by secretary. You can see the parents thar are book appointment with you. After parent meetings you cand add comments.
Parent Meeting:
• select week and date
• can view parents who booked the time and day for meeting
• can add notes after meeting and save it
In Appointment module you choose the date and time that you are available for an entire semester to have meetings in the selected available date.
Appointment:
• Select week and availability
• Enter the appointment results
With Form teacher module you can organize meetings with all form teachers in the school, you can have attendance and add comments after meetings.

With Head of Department Meetings module you can organize meetings with all form head of the departments of the school, you can have attendance and add comments after meetings.
